We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, since our cleaners reserve time specifically for you, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling.

- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
- Missed appointments or no access to the property: : A $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Our Standard Cleaning is designed for homes that receive regular upkeep and just need a refresh.

Our Deep Cleaning provides a detailed, top-to-bottom clean of your home — perfect for first-time clients, seasonal cleaning, or special occasions. We go beyond the basics by hand-washing baseboards, scrubbing bathroom grout, cleaning high-touch areas, and reaching corners that are often missed in regular cleanings. It also includes cleaning the inside oven, inside cabinets, inside fridge, and inside kitchen windows.
This is our most thorough service — ideal for preparing a home for its next chapter. We clean inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, baseboards, and every reachable surface to ensure the home looks spotless and ready for move-in.
We work with a small team of trusted, background-checked cleaning professionals who meet our high standards for quality and reliability. Every team member is trained, experienced, and insured — so you can feel completely comfortable having them in your home.
Not at all. Many of our clients provide us with a door code, key, or lockbox for easy access. You’re also welcome to be home during the service — whatever makes you most comfortable.
We ask that you tidy up personal items and clear surfaces where possible so our team can focus on cleaning instead of organizing clutter. If your service includes home organization, no need to pre-clean — we’ll handle it all!
We normally work with globes. As far as masks go, we use them upon request. We respect your preferences and we’ll ensure your comfort and safety.
No, they wear indoor-only shoes for safety, comfort, and efficient cleaning.
Absolutely. All our cleaning professionals are fully insured and bonded, giving you complete peace of mind while we care for your space.
At Simply Tidy Solutions, our pricing is simple and transparent. We charge per hour. To estimate the time/cost of your service please use our easy online booking system and select the type of service you want and add the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage of your home. You can also add extras—like inside oven, inside fridge, or inside cabinets. You can even request a partial service and remove the areas you don't need to be cleaned — to customize the service and cost to your needs. This way you always know what to expect before booking.
We have a two-hour minimum for all cleaning services. This ensures we can deliver the quality and attention to detail that your home deserves.
Tipping is never required, but always appreciated. If you’d like to show appreciation for great service, you can tip in cash or add it to your invoice — 100% of tips go directly to your cleaning professional.
Yes! In addition to cleaning, we offer customized home organization services for closets, kitchens, pantries, offices, and more. We’ll help you create a functional and beautiful space that truly works for you.
Booking with Simply Tidy Solutions is quick and easy — for organizing services simply go to the “Contact” page in our site and send us a message. Let us know a brief description of the service you need, your phone number, and the best time to contact you back. We can then discuss the details of the project and the best time to get started.
